From White Snow To Red Rocks

Hello! In this video we leave behind the Grand Canyon, which we were lucky to see in snow. We head to Sedona, Arizona and its red rock formations. We do some hiking, camp in the desert, and even visit a Buddhist stupa. Then we turn around and head to famous Monument Valley, on the Arizona Utah border, and to the Valley Of The Gods. On the way we see dinosaur tracks, pretty cool. The Valley Of The Gods is a sort of smaller Monument Valley with amazing sandstone formations, and many wild camping opportunities. Then we go to nearby Goosenecks Of The San Juan river. We avoid the State Park and instead we drive 5 miles of rough dirt track to a unique viewpoint and camp spot. There we find amazing views and solitude. On the way out toward Hite, Lake Powell, we drove an unpaved road carved in the cliff side with impressive drop-offs and views. We spent one night on the edge of a cliff overlooking the Colorado river. That night we must have been the only humans for miles around. We could not see any lights, hear any sounds, just the wind. It was a great section of our trip, and I hope you will enjoy the video!
