In this episode we continue our exploration of Southern Arizona in our AWD Ford Transit camper van. This is part of our five months of winter van life, escaping the Canadian cold weather. We stop outside Willcox, at a bird sanctuary and get to experience the many birds and a beautiful sunset. Then we adventure deep in the desert north west of Oracle to visit the odd “24 Hour Town” where we stay a few days, enjoying the landscape of granite boulders, plants and cacti. We then take a day to do grocery, laundry and shower in Oro Valley, before continuing on to Arivaca Lake where we enjoy the peace and quiet of this tranquil lake and its wildlife. We end the episode around a campfire and a light meal of fire toasted bread and cheese. Enjoy the video!
