ARIZONA VAN LIFE OFF THE BEATEN PATH | SE02 EP7

In this episode we venture off the beaten path in Southern Arizona, in our AWD Ford Transit camper van. This is part of our five months of winter van life, escaping the Canadian cold weather. We spend several days in the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge, about 60 miles southwest of Tucson. Here you can do free dispersed camping in one of the 85 sites spread across the refuge. Then we move further west, to the desert south of the quaint town of Ajo. We find a campsite at the base of Locomotive Rock, a very photogenic rock formation mostly when seen from the air thanks to the drone camera. We share with the viewer, not only the beautiful landscapes, but also some glimpses of our life in and around the van, some of our cooking, and some hikes. Enjoy the video!
