Hello. In this video I documented the build of my roof rack. It is lightweight at 25 kg because I used aluminium but designed it so I would not have to weld. The roof rack support two Renogy 175-Watt solar panels. In the future it will support a 9' awning. https://youtu.be/9xYhjSR7Bpo
