After a couple of months of silence due to our traveling back to Canada to visit our children and grand-children we are back in Mendoza. Today is a beautiful spring day with blue sky and 22 degrees. We decided to head out of town to Tupungato, in the heart of the wine producing region of the province of Mendoza. The mountains have fresh snow down to pretty low elevations, contrasting beautifully with the blue of the sky. This was the opportunity to make sure the truck still performs properly after several weeks of sitting unused in the parking lot. There was no mechanical issue so we proceeded to visit one of our favourite wineries to replenish our stock of wine. Then we stopped along the way home to have a lunch picnic and enjoy the sunshine. A very pleasant day indeed. I’ll leave you with a couple of photos.
